VERY exciting webinar coming up July 9th. Holy moly!

There are lots of security threats out there as well as crazy compliance requirements. If you have PCI, HIPPA and SOX requirements you know all too well. These specific regulations entail resource intensive, manual processes that are difficult to perform in a consistent fashion and distract you from the 9324802842038 other things you need to do. Some main points of the webinar include..
- Log Management – demonstrates compliance, performs forensic analysis and maintains a healthy posture
- Threat Manager enables intrusion detection, vulnerability and compliance automation
There is a free Apple iPod Touch given away at the end of the seminar.

Big fan of AlertLogic’s product suites of Log Management, Threat Management and IT Compliance Management.
If you have compliance issues with regulations such as PCI, SOX, HIPPA and GLBA that mandate log data be collected regularly, reviewed & archived, their solution is a super easy solution.
How it works is that it collects, aggregates & compresses log data locally on your network then it encrypts the data and sends it to highly secure and redundant data centers where all reporting, processing, analysis and secure archiving takes place.
Overall I think it is the best solution for log management. 1 click filtering, straightforward data navigation, automated thresholding and alerting, real time data views, customizable reporting, fast and fully indexed archive searching, customizable data retention policy, fully redundant data archive, encrypted and compressed log data transport and single centralized view & management of all log data. Lots of words, but really good stuff. Best is to see a demo. If you want a crazy demo let me know Joe.
